Call for Workshops

Workshops offer the unique opportunity to:

  • Add new dynamics to the existing packages of conference content
  • Provide opportunities for unstructured and dynamic conversations around the conference themes
  • Deliver a richer experience for delegates, to move beyond engagement with PowerPoint presentations towards direct interaction with key thought leaders and industry experts
  • Provide more than audience participation opportunities at panels and support delegates to drive industry discussions and considerations

Workshops can be closed or open to additional participants and should be designed to be interactive sessions on any specific topic. If there are associated costs with running your workshop (i.e. room hire, audiovisual etc.) the options around this will be discussed with you, such as an invoice to a company or charging a fee to attend the workshop.

We urge you to submit your proposal as early as possible to avoid missing the cut-off date. You will need to include the following when submitting your workshop proposal online;

  • The title of your workshop
  • Workshop lead facilitator biography
  • The body of your proposal should cover;
    • Target audience of your workshop (min/max number of people, type of people)
    • Desired length of your workshop
    • Workshop session type (e.g. product demonstration, collaborative discussion with attendees led by a panel, solutions’ sessions, design thinking informed exploration/discovery and ideation etc.)
    • Aim/s of your workshop
    • Whether you would like to champion a session at The Hub (see details here)
